One afternoon, my friend YOJI came to me with a quiet but serious request:

“I need your help. I want to rebrand the outdoor shop I inherited from my dad.”

It sounded like a fun project—so I said yes.

When I asked him what kind of shop he wanted to create, here’s what he said:

• He wants the space to feel brighter and more modern, so that younger people and beginners can walk in easily.

• But at the same time, he wants to preserve the old charm and warmth his father built over the years.

…A bit contradictory, maybe?

But that kind of challenge? I love it.

The shop is called “Outdoor Shop RYUJIN.”

Helping it evolve into something new—while respecting its roots—feels like a mission worth taking.
